Peek at 400+ glowing reviews on our Wedding Wire page 💕
Hey! We’re Toast Weddings — a tight-knit, family-run wedding media team based in Northern California. Think photo, video, and social content. All in one place.
We’re here for everyone — every couple, every story — from San Francisco to Napa, Sonoma to San Jose, and everywhere in between.
It all started with us — Zach & Callie. Husband and wife. Creative partners. Total softies for a good love story.
🎥 Zach’s a documentary filmmaker. His work? Sundance Grand Jury Prize and a bunch of films at Tribeca.
📸 Callie’s a pro photographer. She’s edited images that landed on the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar (yes, seriously).
Since 2014, we’ve captured over 3,000 weddings. That’s a lot of love.
We’ve won Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire and The Knot’s Hall of Fame. Eight years running!
But what really matters? You.
We don’t just show up with cameras — we co-create. Your wedding isn’t a “shoot,” it’s your story. And we’re honored to tell it.
Want full control over your photos or film? Cool. Want to be more hands-off? That works too.
Every wedding package is completely customizable. Seriously. You can guide the look, feel, vibe — all of it.
Oh, and your wedding film? You get free revisions until it feels just right.
Let’s chat! No pressure. Just a friendly walkthrough of how this all works — and how we can make it so easy for you.

Toast was started by Zach and Callie—a husband-and-wife duo. They’re quite a team!
Zach is a talented documentary cinematographer and producer. He’s best known for “The Price of Free,” which won the Sundance Grand Jury Prize. He also has five documentaries that have premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. Pretty impressive, right?
Callie is an incredible wedding and travel photographer. She’s worked with some of the best photographers in the world. Her editing skills have even made it to the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Harper’s Bazaar. Talk about a resume!
